• No adjustments or refunds in case of not availing any facility from the package.

• A valid photo ID must be presented upon check-in. Identification proof accepted is Passport,Driver’s License or Voters Registration Card. (Also Carry with child photo ID proof like School ID, Aadhaar card, Passport, etc.
• Unmarried couples are not allowed.

• Prior instruction is required for Drivers accommodation. We provide driver’s stay in dormitory without food.(Chageable)

• Only Devalia Safari Park opens in monsoon season. (closed on every Wednesday)

• Gir jungle Trail /Gypsy Safari remains closed from 16th June to 15th Oct every year.
• Rates offered and agreed is not a guarantee to accommodation, subject to availability of room at the time of request / reservation.
• All confirmed reservations would be held till 17:00 hours on the day of arrival. Post that, they will be released unless guaranteed by credit card, cash or guest voucher. In the event of no show, retention charges will be levied.
• Once guest voucher is received, the booking will be treated as a confirmed basis. In the event of cancellation within this period booking will be treated as NO SHOW & is liable to pay the entire amount.
• For any type of cancellation/refund 3.5% of standard deduction will be applicable as a transactions charge.
