Standard Policies:
- Check-In is at 1400 hrs and Check- Out is at 1200 hrs.
- Early Check- In and Late Check- Out will be subject to availability of Rooms at an additional cost with taxes of 18.%.
Identification proof:
In keeping with our heightened security procedures, we request you to kindly present the government approved photo identity proof with address of you and your companion(s) (if any) while checking-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid Visa. Indian nationality guest must provide Government Approved ID. It must have photos and addresses, like Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License & Voter/election ID
Check In/Out
Standard Check in is at 14:00 hrs and Standard checkout out is at 12:00 hrs. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability of rooms and can be availed at a nominal cost.
Cancellation & No Show:
Cancellation received 24 Hours or prior to arrival time - No Charges. Cancellation received between 0 Hours to 24 Hours of arrival time - 100% Charge of first night. In case of No-show 100% charge for the first night will be applicable.
Child Policy:
Children below the age of 10 years will be complimentary. Children above the age of 12 will be considered as adults. They will have to carry a valid proof of identity, for example School ID or passport. Extra charges will be applicable for additional mattress and breakfast.
